Looking to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment? We’re open to recent graduates or established chiropractors, but this role is ideal for someone with a learning mindset who would value working closely with a highly skilled chiropractor with 23 years of experience. Dr. Todd sees an average of 215 patients per week and delivers customized, holistic chiropractic care utilizing advanced modalities such as:
- Spinal decompression (KDT Technique)
- Cold laser therapy (Erchonia)
- Custom orthotics (Foot Levelers)
- Therapeutic exercise
- Digital x-rays (on-site), surface EMG, and digital 3-D foot scans

What You'll Do:
- Conduct Day 1 consultations and exams
- Perform adjustments and supporting therapies (decompression, laser, muscle stim, etc.)
- Lead re-exams and follow-up consults (orthotics, laser, therapeutic exercise, etc.)
- Deliver therapeutic exercises as part of care plans
- Manage documentation and clinical notes
- Contribute to strategic projects and operational improvements
- Participate in professional and personal development
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30am – 6:30pm
- Wednesday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Monthly planning meetings on Friday mornings
- Wednesday and Friday morning training sessions during onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic from an accredited college
- Successful completion of national boards and MA licensing (or in process)
- Passionate about holistic, patient-centered care
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Interested in growth, welcomes feedback, & dedicated to continuous improvement
- Bonus: Familiarity with process improvement and clinic operations
